Manuel is a passionate filmmaker driven by a desire to create documentaries that spark emotional connection and inspire positive change. Pete is an award-winning actor and writer, with twenty-five years experience in feature film, television and theatre. His voiceover credits range from BBC dramas Eve and Casualty, BBC natural history Springwatch and Landward, right through to informational videos for corporate and charity. With versatile voiceover styles, he can tailor his read to fit any brief.
Pete’s writing credits include award-winning one-act plays and monologues for theatre, various BBC documentaries and an upcoming three-part wildlife docu-drama currently out for pre-sale. His storytelling expertise means he can take complicated scientific and technical concepts and distil them into bite-size films that are both engaging and easily understandable for a general audience.

Adam is the international award-winning 3D guru in charge of our animation team. His twenty-five years of experience, producing digital animations in the entertainment, educational and commercial sectors, provide a depth and breadth of expertise ideal for helping people give their ideas form and dynamics.
Tara is ever eager to dive in and navigate the currents from ideas to impacts. As a conservation researcher, trainer, and practitioner, she stalks intractable dolphins, chats with friendly fishers, and uses mindfulness and critical thinking to shape positive change.
Chase feels most at home wrestling with disparate datasets in order to illuminate linkages across both the natural and social worlds. As our data science and analytics lead he is passionate about designing graphics that are clear and accessible to as many people as possible.
